Follow these 4 easy steps to enroll in Conejo Hebrew High School.
* Please note: Enrollment, Medical form and payment must be submitted online.

Consult Your School
Click on your school to download the Foreign Language Form. You must obtain your principal or counselor's permission and have this form signed by them before attending Conejo Hebrew High. When complete, bring this form to our office. CHHS is not responsible for students who fail to complete their Foreign Language Forms.

Enrollment Form
Fill out the CHHS Enrollment Form.
Provide some basic information. What school does your child attend? Has he/she ever attended a program similar to CHHS? Rate his/her knowledge of the Hebrew language. Include student's most recent report card.

Medical Release
Fill out the CHHS Medical Release and Emergency Information Form. Every student must submit the Medical Release and Emergency Information Form to continue with the enrollment and registration process.
